Roofing system manufacturers recommend roof inspections by qualified personnel once or twice a year, especially after severe weather. Our many years of experience performing inspections have found that a majority of roof leaks are not the result of defects in the roof system. Most leaks are caused by mechanical damage to the roof membrane or a preventable problem that our service department can find solutions for.
